Hello, We're glad that you're here. I am Amanda Lucero.
Hi! I am Amanda Lucero, I am a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner in Sebring FL. I was born and raised in Southcentral rural Florida. I started my career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the age of 15, working after school and on the weekends at a nearby Nursing Home. I have continued to increase my knowledge and education ever since and am often referred to as “the nerd” in the office. I am now double master’s prepared and double board certified. I want to bring a style of medicine that is found in the larger areas to my smaller town of Sebring.

Since finishing graduate school in 2005 I have been providing Adult Medicine and Women’s Health. In 2010 I opened my own small practice and began treating both men and women with bio-identical hormones and a more natural approach to medicine. October 2019, I built my own office building and merged both my loves, women’s health and wellness/hormones/alternative therapy into 1 practice. The feel of my office is not a “sterile” medical feel, it is more of a warm and inviting atmosphere… I think when someone feels warm and welcome, they tend to be more relaxed.
I have been a resident of Highlands County since 1999 when I moved from Zolfo Springs where I was raised. I love the community and the small-town feel. Although I am a small-town girl, I do love to go places, see architecture and try different foods. I volunteer for several organizations and regularly speak at different events. I was introduced to international volunteer work in 2018 when I traveled to do gynecology in Kenya. I returned again in 2020 and cannot wait for my next trip.
I would be honored to care for you and your family.
I hope to see you in the office where we have Big City Medicine… Small Town Care.
